  1. When looking at the art pieces chosen for the gallery I saw two distinct types, one that resembled ledger art and another that was more neo-expressionistic. Which style hast he most meaning to you?

  2. I heard you were introduced to art from a very young age, but what would you say it the point that influenced/inspired your art career the most to you or that you like the best in your artwork?

  3. What is one of your favorite symbols that speaks the most to you or that you like the best, in your artwork?

  4. If you had to choose one piece for people o view that you like the idea of or expresses you the best which would you choose?

  5. How do you balance expressing yourself through your art while also sending a feeling or message to the view? (Are they the same?

  6. What does your process look like, it it messy with open books and the TV on, or do you like solitude and only your own mind when crafting a piece?

  7. What experience whether of your youth or adulthood has influenced your art the most?

  8. How did your dad's work with baleen basket artistry influence your own art?

  9. Would you say your artist vision or style changed when you made the change from your hometown in Alaska to Oregon? (i.e. were you around less native influences?)

  10. As a self taught artists, what other styles did you experiment with before landing with these two amazing styles?
